recipe: Greek Yogurt and Oats

A fast and healthy recipe is for sure Greek Yogurt with Oats. The taste of these two ingredients isn’t amazing, I know, I add a scoop of proteins or a spoon of jam.

I use 0% Greek yogurt and 0% sugar jam but this isn’t mandatory, just check the macros and align other meals accordingly.
