Yesterday I had my second appointment with the physiotherapist, the knee is recovering quite well, and I could start to train legs quite soon, potentially today, I’m honestly a bit worried about putting foot in the gym again, it’s been almost 2 months since last time but I also want to get my gains back, I’ll take it slow, at least this is the idea.
I’ll try squats, presses, leg extensions, and leg curls, everything with low or no load at all, I have no strength. I also want to jump back on the cycle and the treadmills, I don’t have any peculiar weight issues, two days ago I checked it and I’m at 74.5, the lowest ever, I just want to eat a bit more, and have a leaner mass, cardio helps with it.
